As part of the Alliance's Economic Development initiative, the Alliance hosts monthly and quarterly seminars and roundtable discussion with financial industry professionals discussing financial topics with the community.

The Alliance also hosts community block club meetings, voter education and education seminars and non-partisan political forums.

The Alliance hosts monthly health screenings and other health initiatives including blood drives.

The Alliance recognizes a need for a mentoring/leadership program in the community and is in process of developing a leadership program and curriculum for grades 1-6. The Alliance believes that it is imperative to reach children in their formative years. There are many programs for high school students but few that address the need of younger children. Our plan is to develop leadership skills in children earlier in their development.
