I agree to make a future contribution in one lump sum for the purpose of satisfying this pledge or payments or not less than $250.00 and further agree that this pledge will be satisfied in full by (five years from the date of agreement)
The Alliance agrees that it will apply the contributions in accordance with its tax-exempt purpose, specifically for improving the infrastructure commonly known as 6615 S. Kenwood, Chicago, Illinois 60615.
I acknowledge that The Alliance’s promise to use the amount pledged by me specified shall constitute full and adequate consideration for this pledge.
Digital or facsimile signature are sufficient for the purpose of executing this agreement.
The Laws of the State of Illinois shall govern this agreement.
